I am a self-professed fabric junky and am constantly looking for new and creative projects to stretch my juices. One thing I truly believe is that you can never have enough pillows.... A simple way to decorate and add pops of color.
Attracted to all things girly, I found a rough pattern for small roses online and enlarged it to sew directly onto the pillow cover. I'm really pleased with how well it turned out=) It now colors a corner in my daughters room sitting on an upholstered stool I recovered with the same material. I opted for a upholstery weight cotton since I know it'll stand up to more wear-n-tear.
